TAQNYA 2006

The Chairman of GPTC, Dr.Mohammad Moammar, opened on Sunday evening the 27th of May 2007,the 3rd Annual Exhibition of Telecommunication & Information Technology, TAQNYA 2007 which is organized by the General Post & Telecommunication Company and is held at Tripoli's International Fair.

He has, also, visited the pavilions and divisions of the fair along with the African telecommunication Ministers who participated in the Second Ordinary Session of the ATU conference of Plenipotentiaries (Tripoli) and some of the Ambassadors accredited to Libya. He also viewed the exhibited models, which reflect the advanced technology used in the field of communication & Information Technology and the latest communication systems.
The number of local and international companies participating in this fair, which will continue till the 20th of July 2006, has reached 80 companies specialized in the fields of communication and Information Technology.
